At MyZUCCHINI, every jar is crafted with care in our Sacramento, CA kitchen. We stand behind the quality of our fermented vegetables with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your order, we want to make it right.
Refund Policy
Because our products are handcrafted, live-culture fermented foods, they are perishable. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used products. However, if you experience any of the following, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or leaking
- There is a quality issue (unusual odor, texture, or appearance beyond normal fermentation variation)
- Your order was lost in transit
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description (a photo helps but is not required).
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. After that window, the order will process and the standard refund policy applies. To cancel, contact us immediately.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order. If you received a defective item, we will send a replacement of the same product.
