Our Commitment to You
At MyZUCCHINI, every product is crafted with care in our Sacramento, CA kitchen. If something is wrong with your order when it arrives, we want to make it right.
Refund Policy
Because our products are handcrafted, live-culture fermented foods, they are perishable. For food safety reasons, perishable food cannot normally be returned, and we cannot offer a refund simply because you changed your mind after your order has shipped. However, if you experience any of the following, we will review your report and, for verified problems, provide a replacement or a refund, as appropriate:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or leaking
- An item is missing from your order
- There is a quality or safety concern on arrival (unusual odor, texture, or appearance beyond normal fermentation variation)
- Your order was lost in transit
To report a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and affected product where reasonably available. Please do not eat a product you are concerned about while we review it. If your order has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will not be asked to ship food back to us.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. After that window, the order will process and the standard refund policy applies. To cancel, contact us immediately.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order. If you received a defective item, we will send a replacement of the same product.
