Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of placement. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Live-Culture Products
Our fermented vegetables are naturally shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping. They are packaged to maintain freshness and integrity during transit. Once received, store your jars in a cool, dry place or refrigerate after opening.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and make it right for you.
